I signed the petition, but I can't help but think that the Mole would do better away from the Disney corporation.
Unfortunately, ABC has seen fit to delete our petition from their message board. Some great folks are working on getting an off site one up and running, hopefully, by tomorrow.
Brian, I think I agree with you.
Not only did Mole get the 10pm slot...but what is the finale up against? The Olympics. Not only that, but there is a Monday Night preseason game. It's on ESPN for most areas, but in Wisconsin and Ohio, it's probably on a local network (someone from the Milwaukee area told me MNF is on ABC tonight instead of Mole in their area).
If it wasn't for the week off (or the week delay with premiere, take your pick) The Mole wouldn't be up against those 2 events tonight. Who else is there to blame for that than ABC?
If The Mole were to survive and go to another network, I'd like to believe Fox would be a great fit. First off, they don't have network shows at 10pm. Secondly, there's Fox Reality, where they could put a re-air of the episodes later in the week, have mini-marathons and so on. Third, they know how to promote their shows whether it be American Idol, 24, The O.C., or House to name a few (only one of which, 24, I've seen, but I knew the others were around, and what they're about...I still get people telling me they didn't know Mole was back).

The Mole is one of the most intelligent and complex reality series on television and despite its not so good time slot, there are a lot of fans who would hate to see it be cancelled again. Please sign if your are a fan of this series and send it to anyone who might sign. Don't let The Mole be subjected to its final execution!
